Is
the Founder and President of Master Counsel & Associates,
Inc. John
has over 30 years experience in education, spanning
the pre-school years through grade twelve. Twenty years were spent
in the public school sector serving the classroom in all sciences
followed by fifteen years experience in administration, from principal
to associate superintendent. It was during this period in his
life, combined with graduate level exposure to a growing base
of knowledge in leadership and resource development, that he began
to share a vision for Christian based leadership in the workplace.
John holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree, a Master of Arts
(M.A.) degree in Community Education & Resource Development as
well as an Education Specialist Degree (Ed. S) in Leadership &
Administration from Appalachian State University in Boone, North
Carolina. John is presently a member of the Planning Board for
Winston-Salem/Forsyth County and has been involved at the pastoral
staff level with a church with an attendance in excess of 4,000.
John was instrumental in the construction of Assembly Terrace,
a large Housing & Urban Development Project for senior citizens
and presently serves on the local board of a statewide early childhood
initiative, Smart Start. He is currently developing an inner-city
revitalization project for a historic African American district,
The Goler Depot Initiative as well as offering strategic planning
and development services for various non-profits and church based
organizations. John Bost and Master Counsel are associated with
the Natural Church Development research. Master Counsel provides
licensed coaches and access to cutting edge software providing
church health inventories and assessments as tools for the strategic

Weston
Is
a planning and neighborhood development professional with over
twenty-five years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors.
He has been a staff director for community-based housing organizations,
a board member of various nonprofit groups, and has served as
a consultant to companies in eight states and the District of
Columbia. He holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Community
and Urban Planning from the University of the District of Columbia
and a Master of Business Administration (M. B.A.) degree from
the Babcock Graduate School of Management at Wake Forest University.
Larry is the President of a Winston-Salem, NC based consulting
firm, The Breakthrough Company. The Breakthrough Company specializes
in providing technical, management, and organizational development
assistance to both profit and for-profit companies in the areas
of community development and neighborhood revitalization. He also
serves as a Planner with the City County Planning Board of Winston-Salem/Forsyth
County, where his duties involve rezoning and subdivision activities.
Larry has been a Field Service Nicer for the Neighborhood Reinvestment
Corporation; a national nonprofit intermediary organization committed
to community revitalization through effective public private partnerships.
There he was responsible for structuring partnership arrangements
and developing local non-profit development organizations. He
has also served as Vice President for Neighborhood Development
of the Washington Urban League, where he was responsible for Neighborhood
Development of the Washington Urban League, where he was responsible
for housing and neighborhood development programs for this major
regional non-profit organization.

Paula
J. McCoy
Is
presently the Program Officer for the Local Initiatives Support
Corporation (LISC) and is responsible for providing assistance
to community development corporations (CDC's) undertaking neighborhood
revitalization strategies through affordable housing and economic
development projects. LISC is a national nonprofit organization
that assists nonprofit CDC's in their efforts to transform distressed
neighborhoods into healthy communities. She holds a Bachelor of
Arts (B.A.) Degree in English Education and a Master of Arts (M.A.)
degree in Education Administration and Supervision from North
Carolina A&T State University as well as a certificate in Nonprofit
Management from Duke University. Paula was the Executive Director
of Northwest Child Development Council for almost five years.
Northwest, a 30year organization, manages 13 childcare centers
in five counties in North Carolina. Other professional roles include
Adult Basic Skills Coordinator at Forsyth Technical Community
College, Community Liaison at East Winston Community Development
Corporation, trainer and owner of a management consulting firm,
as well as a teacher and computer operator. Her experience with
numerous individuals, business and community based organizations
in the areas of personal, professional, organizational and community
development spans over ten years. Paula sums up her dedication
to helping others realize their potential for success as her "life
work".

Barry Sink
Currently
serves as an Associate Pastor for First Assembly of God as well
as Director of the Small Groups Ministry. First Assembly is located
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and serves an average attendance
in excess of 2,500. As Small Group Ministries Director, Barry
provides small group opportunities for over 1000 members of First
Assembly. In addition, Barry provides regional training seminars
for Small Group leaders and has worked with numerous church affiliations
assisting them in their strategic development of Small Group ministries.
He also serves as a regional consultant for Church Smart, Inc.
Barry holds a Master's of Divinity (M. Div,) from Regent University
in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He has also obtained faculty status
with Turning Point Ministry of Chattanooga, Tennessee, a Christian-based
Para-Church Support Group and Discipleship ministry. He currently
holds faculty status with Harvest Bible Institute, a two-year-old
Bible Certificate program. Barry has served in ministry for over
13 years. His professional experience includes extensive work
as a Substance Abuse Counselor for a residential facility; a Pastoral
Counselor Internship for a Christian Hospitalization Program and
Administrative Director for a Camp for Abused Children. Top

Craig Hunt
Is
a licensed clinical psychologist with twelve years experience
working with children, adolescents, couples, and families and
is presently on clinical staff at Associates in Christian Counseling
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Serving in community mental
health for three years and solo private practice for several years
provided the opportunity to work with a variety of people and
organizations. A growing appreciation for prevention services
and the importance of professional relationships have lead to
an interest in Christ centered consultation for the church and
workplace. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree from
Oral Roberts University in Clinical Psychology. Craig completed
his graduate studies in Experimental Psychology at Appalachian
State University in Boone, North Carolina and received his Doctor
of Psychology degree (Psy.D.) from Baylor University. Through
Master Counsel, Craig seeks to provide prevention and consultation
services that enrich and strengthen relationships in the home,
church and workplace through seminars, workshops, and retreats
on premarital preparation, marriage enrichment and parent/teen

Robert
T. Lee E-mail
Is a technology expert with Master Counsel, having over 18 years experience in
the Information Technology industry and a BS degree in education (Mathematics
concentration) from James Madison University. Robby works as a consultant implementing
change management and call center support software (see product web site here).
Robby has several years' experience working in each of the business, government,
and non-profit sectors. He helped pioneer the PC revolution since 1984, including
LAN/WAN utilization, PC-based enterprise solution implementation, and customer
training and support. He is experienced in wide-scale implementation of operating
systems and application software, local area networking, system development (programming),
resource planning, project management, budgeting, equipment purchasing, and employee
development. Previous employers include a $500 million manufacturer, 10,000 employee
government agency, small businesses and non-profit organizations.

D. Bost
Is
an agricultural extension agent at the Forsyth Extension Center
in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. As an extension agent, he conducts
educational programs for landscape and lawn care professionals
while assisting residents with multiple gardening activities.
He has been with the North Carolina Cooperative Extension for
the past 23 years, serving Durham, Avery, and Pender counties.
Bost is a frequent guest on local television and radio programs.
He is the host of "Forsyth Extension Focus," a program sponsored
by the Forsyth Extension Center on local cable station CTV13,
and a seasonal guest on a live call-in radio show on WSJS. He
writes question-and-answer columns for the Winston-Salem Journal,
and previously was the garden writer for The Durham Morning Herald.
He is a writer for the "Successful Gardener," a monthly Extension
newsletter distributed to North Carolina garden centers, and has
been published in Weekend Gardener magazine. Bost organized the
Master Gardener volunteer programs in Durham and Forsyth Counties
and serves as an advisor to the Piedmont Triad Association of
Landscape Professionals. In 1995, he received the Distinguished
Service Award from the National Association of County Agricultural
Agents, and his book, The North Carolina
Gardener's Guide, earned him the national first
place award by the association in the publications category. He
is a member of the National Association of County Agricultural
Agents, the J.C. Raulston Arboretum, and the North Carolina Beekeepers
Association. He is a North Carolina Pesticide Applicator, and
is certified by the NCLA as a Landscape Technician Instructor,
and by the NCAN as a Plant Professional Trainer. He has taught
courses in the community college system. Bost is a graduate of
North Carolina State University, where he received his bachelor
and master degrees in ornamental horticulture. He and his wife,
Becky, currently live in Forsyth County with their two children.

Jack
W. Munday
Is
presently the President of Carolinas Men of Integrity, a Field
Ministry Network to serve churches throughout the Carolinas. In
association with national ministries, church and denominational
leaders, Jack also provides a Men's Ministry Consulting service
for churches. As a ministry consultant, he has written "The Master
Plan For Men", a developmental process for men to Live and Lead
God's Way. After 20 years of experience in working with youth
and married couples, in 1995, Jack went to work with Promise Keepers
and served as the Southeast Regional Director until January 2000.
Anticipating the closing of the PK Field Offices, Jack founded
Christian Men of Integrity (CMI), a National Ministry Network
for the purpose of continuing the field ministry support for churches
nationwide. In April 2000, the CMI Field Network was integrated
into The National Coalition of Men's Ministries in which Jack
now serves as the National Director for Network Relations. With
his extensive experience in working with married couples and men's
ministry, The Master Plan For Men is a church based ministry initiative
for men and families. Through a developmental process, men will
be discipled to bridge the "knowing and doing" gap of God's Word,
and fulfill their spiritual responsibilities in the home, church
